Today I went up to the top of Mount Everest! I am currently on my way to California to visit Bitter Mountain along the tectonic plate lines! But I heard that there was another massive earthquake in India pushing the Indian plate into the Eurasian plate even more! They say that every year Mount Everest only raises one cm, or half an inch! But this time because of the magnitude of the earthquake, the peak of the mountain is now three cm higher! That must have been a devastating earthquake! WOW CHAD WEEKLY sure knows how to avoid danger!

Underwater deep sea diving!
This may have been one of the best decisions I have ever made! Our next destination is at the top of Mount Everest! Currently we are at Latitude (27 degrees 59'14.12"N) Longitude: (86 degrees 55'33.41"E) This Mountain was created from a earthquake millions of years ago which caused the Indian Plate and the Eurasian plate to collide with each other and create the worlds tallest mountain! This mountain is 29,029 ft tall! These plates collide and cause mountains because they are both continental plates colliding, so there is no subduction occurring! Why is the earth sooo amazing!?
The Romanche Trench!
Amazing, once again me and my team of trainers headed out to the Romanche trench located on the Mid Atlantic Ridge! This trench was formed millions of years ago from the two diverging oceanic plates moving apart from each other causing a huge gap in the Ocean Bottom! Earthquakes have caused these two plates (The African plate and the South American plate) to separate and from a verrry deep trench. Nature is so amazing! Maybe after my adventure of becoming a Medical Personnel i will travel the world and look for amazing sights as this one! I am currently in a boat above the trench which is located at Latitude: (0 degrees 4'11.02"S) Longitude: (18 degrees 15'39.06"W) Here we are going to learning how to preform CPR to a person pulled out of the Water! Luckily we are just going to use ragdolls! I hope everything goes as planned, even though there are huge rain clouds above us... Wish me Luck!

WOW! I CANNOT BELIEVE IT!
WOW that was amazing! After our flight landed we started towards our first mission sight on the Andes Mountains when we heard that there was a massive earthquake in the middle of the Pacific Ocean! Since the Nazca plate is an oceanic plate so it sub-ducted underneath the thicker South American plate! The scientists in Chile say that the top of the Andes Mountains have raised up to 16,000 ft from the previous 13,000 ft! The world is an amazing place isn't it?!
My Trip to Chile!
Hello my name is Chad Weekly and I am a training to be a medical personnel! This is my biggest mission yet. As we speak we are flying over Chile! Directly above the spot where the Nazca plate and the South American plate collide with each
other. I was able to snap a quick picture with my camera out of the Plane window! The is just a BEAUTIFUL PICTURE of the ANDES MOUNTAINS!!! Volcanism can sure create magnificent mountains... Its crazy how things so dangerous can create some of the best things known to man! They say that these mountains were created by the Nazca plate and the South American plate colliding, causing magma to spew out the the earth creating the mountains! These mountains formed back in Not only are they great but they also stretch all the way across the coast of Chile! WHAT A SIGHT!
